For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.  Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
    
Dental Insurance

We accept most insurance Companies, when you make an appointment please have your insurance information available, so we can verify it for you prior to your appointment to save you time. We will gladly bill your Insurance Company for you.   

Most Insurance Companies cover treatment with the following percentages, 

Preventive @ 100%­ Exams, X­rays and Prophys (cleanings)

Basic @ 80%­ Fillings  Extractions,Crown Build­ups 

Major @ 50%­ Crowns, Dentures 

We also accept Health Care Authority (Apple Benefit Program/DSHS Medicaid)

Financing Options

We also accept Care Credit in our office. If you want to see if you qualify for a line of credit with them call 1‐800‐365‐8295. They have many options for patients to make monthly payments for treatment needed. 
 
We do require payment at time of treatment, we will bill your Insurance and estimate your portion based on information received. If you ever have any questions, please contact our office.
